Use of Church Premises/Facilities
A 'Kyneton Baptist Church Venue Booking Form' must be completed and submitted to the Church Administrator at least 2 weeks prior to the proposed event/activity, for consideration and approval. This process will assist in the management of the use of the churches facilities and avoid clashes in groups using the premises.
This relates to:
- Anyone within the Community wanting to use the church premises or facilities for any event or activity.
- Any person/family currently attending the church that is wanting to use the facility for any formal occasions (i.e. wedding, formal gathering, etc.)
- Any Leader/Group within the church that is wanting to use the premises for any activity, meeting or gathering.
